The land is absolutely prime, the buildings are not! Both the house and the garage define the term "deferred maintenance". But they may be worth investing sweat equity, or they may be usable while you build your dream house. You can see from the pictures that the house is well surrounded by trees and bushes. It is presently tenanted, and the tenant has been in residence for over 30 years, and I can't even find the last time it was sold, it has been so long.
